teddy ware's death trap - the sequel

Edward Ware Homes, the well-known Bristol-based property speculator and developer (The Panoramic, Cherie Blair's gaffs), recently instructed a firm of solicitors, Osborne Clarke, to attempt to suppress the publication of what they alleged to be a series of five defamatory articles published on the web by John McAllister during 2002.

The illustrated articles concerned an instance of reckless and gross neglect of legal and moral duty to consider public health and safety by Edward J Ware.

Visitors are invited to form their own opinion about Teddy Ware's behaviour, and that of his blundering lawyer, Jonathan Grigg, after reading some of the correspondence and looking at the allegedly defamatory articles which are now re-published in virtually their original form below...
